Mrs. Lucy A. Tyler, Boston.

Dear Madam: -

After the myrtle has been removed from the border of your lot, the amount needed for the perpetual care, including the cleaning and pointing but not the renewal of the monument will be $75.00.

If the myrtle border remains the amount needed will be $200.00.

The myrtle can be removed and the border sodded up for the myrtle.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Mrs Lucy A. Tyler Charlestown

Dear Madam

The application for permit stated that the headstone just erected in your lot would be 2'-6" high I find however that it is 2'-10". Will you please have it lowered to 2'-6" so as to conform to the third clause of your deed.

Very respectfully James W Lovering Supt pr J.C.S.
