Wm S. Dexter Esq

Dear Sir

I send you certificates for the lots which you can exchange for the deeds. By our by-laws a passage way must be left between every two lots except by consent of trustees, which I have no doubt they will give.

I expect the brick graves will be ready for removals by next week, and as soon as they are made I will complete the lot as far as season? will allow.

Yours truly J.W. Lovering

Geo. H. Chickering Esq

Dear Sir

I have your valued favor of 10th inst in regard to covering the monument on lot #2282 & will use every effort to have it done in the best manner. I do not however wish to be understood as assuming any risk on so valuable a price of property.

Yours truly J.W. Lovering Supt
