Dear Sir

In answer to your letter of the 16 inst I enclose an estimate of the total expense of placing your lot in proper order, including grading sodding and painting fences. The cost will not be over $60.00.

Of course if you have this work done then will be no need of raising the sunken [graves?] after the grading &c is completed.

The sum charged for the care of Lot #1425 viz: $5.00 has never been received at this office; if sent at all it must have been to the Treasurer in Boston.

The order for the care is signed by A.E.P. Lever, hence I think you are mistaken
