Dear Sir:-

The sum needed for the perpetual care of lot #4149 including the grass, cleaning but not the renewal of the monuments and headstones now on the lot, plants in the borders and three myrtle graves now on the lot will be $650.00. If the myrtle is removed $75.00 less and if without plants $225.00 less.

Respectfully yours,

P.S. Page, Esq., Malden Mass.

Dear Sir:-

I find that to remove the fence on your lot, recut the four corner posts and remove the others, cut the number of the lot, lower the monuments and headstones and lower the grade of the lot to correspond to that of the lot South of it, replantng the myrtle on five graves will costs $85.00 and the old material. If the myrtle is not replaced the charge will be $15.00 less.

Respectfully yours

Supt.

Philip S. Page, Esq., Malden.

Dear Sir: -

Your note is received and the work will go on at once. To leave the eight posts as suggested in your letter would necessitate the cutting off of four more posts, and would add $5.00 to the estimate already given and would be of no use in marking the lot.

Respectfully yours, Supt.
