Dear Sir:-

Your order for myrtle on a grave in lot 1061 is received. Please inform me which grave you wish it planted on.

There is a bill for care and plants in 1881 due on this lot, and as by vote of the Trustees I am directed to do no work on lots where there are unpaid bills will you please arrange the matter with our Treasurer (#5 Pemberton Sq.) before the work goes on.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Dear Sirs:-

I have returned you the press copy book of 1889, the year is stamped in the wrong place, and the title "Bills Rendered Treasurer" is left off. I enclose rubing from the 1887 book which will show how the rest of the series are lettered.

Respectfully yours,

Supt

Dear Sir: -

Your note is received and the work will go on at once. To leave the eight posts as suggested in your letter would necessitate the cutting off of four more posts, and would add $5.00 to the estimate already given and would be of no use in marking the lot.

Respectfully yours, Supt.
