Dear Sirs:-

At what price will you deliver at this cemetery two North River flags 8'-8" x 6'-10" x 0'-3". They are for covering burial vaults, so the edges should be broken to line and one surface flat.

Respectfully yours ,

Mr. Cha.s U. Cotting

Dear Sir

I have received no order as yet for any work on lot 524 "Loring" for the year 1876.

The order given in 1875 by you, was for "care plants & top dressing" at a cost of $14.00 -- You will notice that the cost of the same work, if ordered for 1876 will be $11.75.

I should be glad to execute any orders you may see proper to give me.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt per Childs

Mr. C.E. Inches

Dear Sir,

Your letter of yesterday is received --

The limit in height is 2'-6 in There will be no difficulty in shortening the headstone to conform to that height, neither will it be any detriment to the stone nor involve any large expense.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Supt per Childs
