Geo B Neal Esq. Charlestown Mass

Dear Sir

In answer to your letter of the I enclose an estimate of the total expense of placing your lot in proper order, including grading sodding and painting fences. The cost will not be over $60.00.

Of course if you have this work done then will be no need of raising the sunken [graves?] after the grading &c is completed.

Very Respectfully James W Lovering by P.C.C.

L.B. Russell Esq 34 Mt. Vernon St Boston

Dear Sir

The sum charged for the care of Lot #1425 viz: $5.00 has never been received at this office; if sent at all it must have been to the Treasurer in Boston.

The order for the care is signed by A.E.P. Lever, hence I think you are mistaken

Very Resp'ty James W Lovering by P.C.C.

Mr. Jas. A. Fox

Dear Sir

The season for putting out plants being nearly here I should like to be advised as to what you will want in your lot 3385 for this year.

A note to me or personal directions to Mr. Collins our Gardener will receive prompt and I trust satisfactory attention.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs

Geo. B. Neal Esq

Dear Sir

The charge of $1.25 rendered you as "myrtle" should have stated that it was for labor planting myrtle on the grave that was prepared the year before.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
