Amendts to By Law _ Art V. Secretary –

Mr. Norcross proposed the following amendments to the By-laws: which lie over to the next meeting.

On page 4 of the by-laws (as a few copies have been printed,) Art V. middle of page, in substitution for the present provision for compensation to the Secretary, _

"The Secretary shall receive such salary as the Trustees may vote; and shall account for or pay to the Treasurer all fees received by him."

Page 5, middle, Art VI: in substitution for the present provision for paying the Treasurer, _

"The compensation of the Treasurer shall consist in a salary to be fixed annually by the Trustees."

Representatives designated to lots

Upon the petition of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for the several lots in connection with which they are named, as follows:

8 James F. Stone of Watertown, son of Melinda Stone, decd propr of lot numbered 8;

17 William Everett of Winchester, son of Hon. Edward Everett, decd propr of lot numbered 17;

100 Henry R. Dalton of Boston, grandson in law of Eliza Cutts Dutton decd propr of lot numbered 100;
