Mrs Jas Leeds

Dear Madam

If it is your intention to have lots 1827 and 1828 sodded and put in fine order this year no better time than the present will occur. I think something was said about this being after Mont. was in position. As the matter may have escaped your memory I have thought it best to advise you in the premises. To do this in best manner will cost not more and probably not less than $60.00

I should be pleased to execute any orders you may wish to give.

Very Respectfully J.W. Lovering Sup.t per Childs
