Miss. Emily B. Peck, Dorchester,
Dear Madam: -
Your note is received, if the two markers are delivered at the same time, the cost of building both foundations and building the markers into them will be $8.50.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.
O. H. Hayes, Esq., New York.
Dear Sir: -
I carried your note to the secretary's office and found that not knowing you were executor he doubted his right to issue the permit to cut inscription. The permit has now been issued, and the stonecutter is at work on the monument.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.

Dear Madam - Your order for a foundation on lot 4563 is received. It is ordered at grave of Seth E. Pecker where a stone now stands. Should it not be at grave of Mary Pecker and if so do you wish it to be in line with the other one? An early reply will oblige

Dear Sir:-
Enclosed you will find check for $10.00, the amount due you in the matter of changing the foundation in your lot, please sign the enclosed receipt and return it to me.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.
Dear Madam:-
Your order to set two markers is received, but you do not say where they are to be set. Please give me the exact location in the lot, or if there is any doubt it would be well to show the location on the lot. The stone marked L. A. R. is I suppose to be placed at the grave of Mrs. Richards, and at the end furthest from the path. If that is correct we have the exact location of the grave and can set that without further instructions, but we do not know at which side of this you wish the other stone set.
Respectfully yours,
Supt.
