We cannot afford to top dress your lot #1702 for less than price named viz., $4.00 nor would it be just to charge you less than others are paying for lots of same size 300 ft.

If however you do not care to expend more than $3.00 on the Lot we will put this amt. of manure on, if you will send us a note ot that effect.
