Testimonial Dr. Bigelow; notice of intention bring before Bd
Mr Livermore gave notice of intention to bring before the Board at the next meeting the matter of the proposed Testimonial to Dr. Bigelow, which at the last Proprietors Meeting was referred to the Trustees with full powers.
The following papers from the Secretary's file, which had previously been before the Board without definite action, were referred to the Committee on Grounds to consider and report.
Stone Meadow Conv. of part of to J. G. Coolidge. Request for Decy Deed to cure error. Refd to Com. on Grounds
(a) Request of Mr A. J. Coolidge that the Corporation would by vote authorize the execution of a declaratory deed for the purpose of rectifying an erroneous boundary line in the recent conveyance of certain premises at the Stone Meadow from the Corporation to Joseph G. Coolidge, in consequence of which, certain land already owned by said Coolidge was included in said conveyance and paid for by him as part of the consideration therefor.
Also John McNamee's req. for Gen. Permit.
(b) Request from John McNamee, "Union Marble Works Mt Auburn East Gate," for a "general Permit."
