Treasurer's Quarterly Statements Ref. to Com. on Finance

The Treasurer's report of the Receipts & expenditures for the quarter ending , also his report of Amounts due and uncollected for the same quarter, having been submitted to the Board, it was

Voted, – that the statements of the Treasurer be referred tot he Committee on Finance.

The usual monthly file of bills with accompanying schedule having been submitted to the Board, it was

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President for his approval and payment by the Treasurer, if found correct.

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on Lots had recommended the Trustees to guaranty the perpetual repair of Lot No 4277 Willow Ave owned by John J. Rayner for four hundred dollars. ($400.–) it was
