In rendering your monthly bills, please hereafter to specify the number of every lot on which work has been done, the kind of work & the charge.

In laying out unsold lots & all other general work, please specify locality, nature of work, & details as far as possible as I can not get very much idea from the time your assistants have been here, of what has been done.

I left a memo. at your office on Saturday last to have some levels run from Spruce Ave. to Chant lot, if not already done by direction Col Folsom. If done, please furnish me with a profile.

We have sold an addition to lot 1949 - I wish you would place the stakes for it by plan which I will furnish you here.

I found your assistants making some surveys on 4228, which I would like to know about if being done at the Corporation expense, as I am ignorant of anything being wanted.

Please continue to place the new lots sold as the sectional plans. For all other work I will send you a written request.
