The piece for a lot similar in size & position to lot 3549 would be $800.

We do not make it a habit to sell any lots but our own - but as this lot is in a prominent position, so that it is desirable to have it kept looking well, our trustee might possibly consent to disposing of it. At what price would sell it to us
