With regard to the repairs on Lot #3259 Spruce Ave: H.E. Pearson, Prop, of which you spoke when at Mount Auburn, the cost thereof will be as follows viz

For raising grade of Lot $5.85
[For raising] Mon't 2.00
[Total] $7.85 (say seven dollars
eighty five cents). I enclose an order which, should you wish the work done, will you please sign & return to me.

Monthly Statement of Sales of Lots accepted and placed on file

A statement of the sales of Lots effected by the Superintendent from to , so far as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted and placed on file.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest, representatives were designated for Lots as follows, viz: –

1438 Henry Lee, of Brookline, nephew of Thomas Lee deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Fourteen hundred & thirty-Eight.

1744 Henry H. Read, of Boston, son of Alexander H. Read deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Seventeen hundred and forty=four.

3259 Abba W. Pearson of Boston, daughter of Hannah E. Pearson ^(Mrs. John H.) deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=two hundred & fifty=nine.

3390 Rhodes Lockwood of Charlestown, son of Rhodes G. Lockwood deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=three hundred & ninety.

3528 Benjamin F. Burgess of Boston, Exor ^& Trustee under Will of Benjamin Abbot deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Thirty=five hundred & twenty=eight.

No other business being presented, it was

Voted, – that this meeting be dissolved.
