Dear Sir,
I am in receipt of your favor of With regard to your request contained in your letter of I understood you to ask for an estimate for painting the fence & setting up post of Lot #481 Beech Av. only, without taking into consideration any repairs on Lot #474 which adjoins the former. Presuming you wish the post to be straightened & the fence around both lots viz #474 & #481 Beech Av to be painted the cost thereof will be $15.00/100 for doing which work I enclose an order which will you please sign & return to me. The regular charge for care of Lots of 300 feet is $5.00/100 without plants & for two adjoining of the same size $8.00/100, but, as we charged you only $3.50/100 last year for the care of Lot #474 we shall not depart from the same charge for the care of it for [18]73 & should you wish us to take care of both lots viz #474 & #481 Beech Ave: we shall take them on the
