Saml T. Snow Esq. Chair. Comm. on Lots. D Sir. John J. Wyeth representative of lots 1800 + 1896 holds three deeds viz

#1800 - 300 ft wihin posts of #1800 are 342 ft.
1896 - 300 " " " " [Lot 1896 1896 " 378 "
add. space between 236 Add space between 99
836 Amt. deeded Amt. now enclosed. 819 ft.
leaving 17 feet more to be enclosed to make his deeds good. He wishes to exchange these three deeds for this, in one, what is now #1800 = 342 feet, and the add. space now between lots 99 making 44 feet in new lot #1800 In now lot[Lot 1896| #1896]] he wants 402 1/4 ft. made up of lot #1896 as now posted, 378 ft, and of an additional foot acres the S. East side (on Spruce Av.) of old lot #1896, which would be 24 1/4 feet, this taking + paying us for 7 1/4 ft more than his origional deeds give him.

Please let me know your decision in the matter Yours very respectfully James W. Lovering Supt

John T. Bradlee Esq. Prest Board of Trustees. D Sir,

John J. Wyeth now holds 3 deeds for 836 feet of land viz one 300, one 300, + one 236 total 836 feet. His lots are posted #1800 - 342 feet, #1896, 378 feet and space between lots 99 feet., total 819 feet, or 17 feet less than deeds. He wishes to exchange his three deeds for two new ones, taking at the same time the 17 feet which are due him. I agree with him in thinking the best way to do this is, to make new lot #1800 contain the present lot of same number, (342 feet) and the present space of 99 ft. between lots, that is 441 feet. New lot #1896 contains the 378 feet now in lot of same number and the balance due him can be obtained by moving the posts on Spruce Ave out one foot, thereby taking 24 1/4 feet or 7 1/4 feet [more?] than due him, which he will buy. Please instruct me in this matter. Yours truly James W. Lovering Supt
