Verbal report from Judiciary Committee on petition of R H Thomson for damages account Mill Street grade stating that thus far the Committee had been unable to agree with Mr Thomson & Recommending that procedure as set in the city Charter pertaining to such cases be followed. By request of the Atty for Mr Thomson the matter is referred to the Committee.
