My dear Dr Woodlock I suppose it is you thatI have to thank for a portion of Dr Lyon's able address. His ability is shown by the fact of the Times having thought it necessary to reply to it. He spoke on the same subject on one of our annual openings

When I was in Dublin, he has now put into form and carried out in fullness the argument which he then sketched. I hope you are in good spirits about the prospects of the Uni versity, and I hope that you are by this this time properly restored in health.
