[Question] whether sale should be completed

containing 1046 square feet, to Wm A. Prescott, of Boston, which was reported on the _____ of ____ last with the approval of the Committee on Lots to be sold to said Prescott at sixty-seven cents per foot _ that said Prescott did not comply with the rule requiring payment within five days, and neglected to pay for said lot until the , previous to which time the price of land in the vicinity was increased by vote of their Board to ($1.25) one dollar and twenty five cents per square foot: ~

And he raised the question whether said Prescott was entitled to a deed at the price reported.

Voted that the question be referred to the Committee on Lots with full power.

Paper on subject of perpetual repair of lots referred to Com. on Lots _

Mr Norcross stated that he had received from the Secretary a paper in the form of a proposed address to proprietors on the subject of the perpetual repair of their lots and matters incidentally connected therewith: _ and he proposed its reference to the Committee on Lots.

Voted that the subject and the communication be referred to the Committe on Lots, to report thereon. _
