Trustees _

The regular monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on _

Present, Messrs Andrews, Austin, Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker, Little, Nazro, Read & Sleeper.

The record of the last meeting was read. _

Question of New Lithograph Plan of the Cemetery for Proprietors referred to Com. on Grounds _ with full power _

The Secretary stated that no copies of the small lithograph plan of the Cemetery (last edition) are now remaining _ that there are copies of the edition of 1855, since which however seven or eight hundred lots have been sold _ and that he has ascertained that the lithographic stone on which the same was printed has been ground off _ that if the same were in existence, no good impression could be obtained from it _ & that frequent requests are made by proprietors and parties wishing to purchase for some plan which may be of assistance to them. _

On motion of Mr Crocker,

Voted that the execution and printing of a new lithographic plan of the Cemetery be referred to the Committee on Grounds, with full power. _

Rep's designated to Lot 220 _

Upon the application severally of the heirs at law Susan Marshall of Boston, widow ^of Wm Marshall, late propr of lot numbered 220 was designated to represent said lot: _ and

" [Lot] 3251 _

Lucy Goddard, of Roxbury, was designated to represent lot no 3251, recently purchased by the heirs of Thatcher Goddard,
