Dear Madam: -
I find that the base of the monument on your lot has not been cleaned for some time, and while it cannot be made as good as new it can be very much improved. The charge for cleaning will be $5.00.
I notice that there is an unpaid bill on this lot, which I enclose, as the Trustees do not permit me to do any work on lots where there are back bills, this will have to be paid before anything is done.
