OCTOBER 20

1931. I went to school today, I typed after school. Went to Church tonight.

1932. I went to see Mrs. Mitchell this morning. Went to town this afternoon & went to see Mrs. Howard a little while.

1933. I got dinner, made a cake and pressed a dress this morning. I went to Leona's this afternoon.

1934. I got dinner & cleaned up the house this morning and Sis went to town. Rex & I went to town this afternoon and I went to see Dr. Davis. I went to see Mrs. Mann a little while also. Rex & I went to Mother's & Dad's late this afternoon & are going to spend the night with them.

1935. Sis & I went to Sunday School & church at Browders this morning. The Jackson boy preached. Rex & I went hickory nut hunting this afternoon. Sis took Mr. Slaton to town this afternoon & he will stay a few days at Jessie's. Nora Lee, Sis, Rex & I went to Church tonight.

OCTOBER 21

1931. Went to school today, we got our class Rings today. Went to church tonight.

1932. Mrs. Mann, Joe, Virginia & I went to town this afternoon to hear the band play. Ernest, Mrs. Mann & I went to church tonight.

1933. Rex and I went to town today and I had my hair cut and went to see Jess a little while. Sis & Dock went to town this afternoon also. I went to see Jasper today. He is a good deal better today.

1934. Rex & I went to see Uncle Brack a little while this morning. We spent the day with Mother & Dad & came home this afternoon.

1935. I have sewed some, got dinner, churned and made some nut spice doughnuts today. Nothing happened unusual. I wrote a letter to Mother tonight.
