OCTOBER 6

1931. Went to school today and to the show this afternoon. Evelyn Bell spent the day with Mrs. Mann & is spending the night.

1932. I ironed this morning and sewed & embroidered this afternoon.

1933. I churned, made a cake & got dinner this morning. I have sewed a little this afternoon & read some.

1934. I washed the dishes & cleaned up the house this morning. Sis got breakfast, dinner & churned. Sis & I went to town this afternoon & I went to see Dr. Davis & he gave me a shot. I got the material to make me a new dress.

1935. Rex & I went to church at Liberty this morning. Mary, Sis & I went driving this afternoon & went to Mr. Guss Barr's but wasn't anybody at home. We had a real good time.

1931. Went to school today. I typed a little while after school . Studied a little tonight.

1932. I embroidered a little today. Mrs. Conley came a little while this afternoon. I got a card from Christia Lee today.

1933. Sis & I cleaned up the house this morning & I got dinner. Sis went to town a while this morning. Sis & I canned some corn this afternoon. Stella & Mary came after Sis late this afternoon & she went home with them & will spend the night.

1934. Sis spent last night & today with Aunt Jessie & family. I got breakfast, dinner & cleaned up the house. Earl & Jim came a little while this afternoon.

1935. Came a pretty big frost last night. Annie Maye washed today & I got dinner & cleaned up the house. Tabe Todd ate dinner with us. Zolie ate dinner here also. I ironed some this afternoon.
