JULY 6

1931. Mother made her a dress today and I embroidered some. Revival meeting begins at Pleasant View tonight.

1932. I cleaned up the house today. Cosby came this afternoon.

1933. We ironed this morning. Sis went to town this afternoon but didn't go.

1934. Henry, Rev. Gelett, Mrs. Gelett and Rev. Rayburn spent the day with us. It rained so hard that we didn't get to go to church tonight but we had a prayer service at home. I wrote a letter to mother today.

1935. I cleaned up the house & Mother baked a cake & pie. Uncle Brock & I went to church tonight. Rex came this afternoon & will spend the night.

JULY 7

1931. We washed and also ironed today.

1932. We washed this morning & I did part of the ironing this afternoon, I also embroidered a little. It rained this afternoon.

1933. Sis, Mr. Slaton and I went to Uncle George's this afternoon. I pumped some water for the house and cows late this afternoon.

1934. They all spent the day at Mrs. Merrill's & went home this afternoon. I patched some today.

1935. Mother, Uncle Brock, Rex & I went to church this morning. We spent the day with Mother & Dad & come home this afternoon. We made some cream today.
