Ther. 44 SAT. SEPT. 3d, 1892 Wind N.E.
Quite cool again. W went to work
again at J. E. Bentley's with Frank
Leizear. Mrs: Emily, P Jackson
was here to consult me after breakfast.
Willie & Leizear finished work
at Bentleys at noon . Afternoon
Sallie Needles was here to consult
me & I loaned her an "ear syringe"
"Atomizer" & an "inhaler". Phil
Robison was taken with "cholera -
morbus" & I went over & prescribed
for him: he was much better
in the evening & I hope will soon
be "all right" again.

Ther. 45o SUNDAY 4th Wind N.E.
Willie took Dora & drove over
to Glenwood to see Ida & the baby.
Mr: A Mathew's & his son "Hood"
called on their way to Downeys and
Holland's Corner. Afternoon Frank
& Fanny Snowden called. Dora
& Willie came back home about 10. o'clk
p.m.

Ther. 65o MON. SEPT. 5th, 1892 Wind N.W. & SE
Warmer weather. Willie worked at
the wheel barrow & took Shaw
down to Haviland's mill, driving "Frank"
to Henderson's "buck board", home to
dinner. Fred Iddings was here
again to consult me & for more
medicine. Wm Matthew's (colored)
was here for advice & med: for his
wife. Willie walked up to Edwd
Peirces after supper. Alice & Fanny were
here in the afternoon. It commenced
raining about 9. o'clk p.m. in showers
& continued until about mid night.

Ther. 65o TUESDAY 6th Wind N.W.
We had a nice little rain last
night & we hoped to find it raining
this morning, but it cleared off and
the wind is from the N.W. quite strong.
W came home to breakfast & hauled
some sand to school house before
dinner. Mrs Chas Stabler took sister
Harriet to "the Cottage" to make a visit.
Sarah Hammond's daughter was here
for advice & med: for her mother and
paid me three dollars on Sarah's account
for which I gave her a receipt
in full to date. Mrs. Jack Johnson
was here for advice & medicine.
Also Samantha Holland Alice Kirk
sent $1.00 she owed me "Carrie" Hopkins
here for med: for her mother.
