Still cold, but a beautiful
day overhead. Bro Chas: came
and spent the meeting hour
with us. Lizzie having gone to
meeting. Afternoon Alice
Peirce brought Dora home
Mrs: Robison came in: it
was the first time I had seen
her since i was taken sick.
I also wound the "old clock"
for the first time for eleven
weeks, & was suprised to feel
the weights so heavy.

Dull & cloudy all day.
the gloomiest day we have
had. Raw & cold. I have not
felt near so well, but hope
the weather is the course
of it. Edwd drove "Frank"
over to "Eldon" for some
walnuts he & Tom Dickin
son gathered.
