Ther. 68 Mon. June 5th, 1893 Wind

Clear & bright this morning.
Edward brought a bag of feed
for the horse from the mill before
breakfast. "Carrie" Hopkins
brought her mother's infant to me
for advice & medicine. "Phil" took
"Frank" horse to Fletcher Clark's shop
and had him newly shod "all around"
Afternoon Bro Charles called &
smoked a pipe with me. Harriet
& Dora mended the back curtain
of the Surry for me & I put it on
again. Walked up to the store for
garden seeds etc.

Clear Cloudy & Rain
Ther. 70 Tues. June 6, 1893 Wind Variable

Cloudy most of the day &
rained hard several times during
the day. I took the bags off the
potatoe vines, getting a pint of
them from the four short rows
of early potatoes. I have had
head ache all day, and feel
miserable.
