Still quite cold but the
weather is delightful, clear
and more like October than
March. Afternoon I drove over
to Miss Martha Holland's to
take Dora to call upon Miss "Mollie"
Mathews but Miss Mathews
& Miss Holland had gone away
from home. I drove across to
Edwd P Thoma's place to prescribe
for B O Hardy's infant,
they having sent for me this
morning. Came home via
Ashton.

Warmer but chilly & "Raw."
Rachael Cash came to wash
for H. Afternoon Mary T Bond
& Caroline Bond were here, the
former to consult me professionally
& both for a social call upon
H. Mrs. S Ellicott came to Mrs
Robison's to spend the night and
put her horse in our stable.
Bro. Chas: came to attend the
Negro Minstrel performance at
the Lyceum, and Edwd: went
with him.
