This years crop of oats certainly did not
pay as well as if the same ground had
been in wheat but it was thought
that the ground is in better order for
the next crop than if put in wheat
twice in succession.
A question at our last meeting was

What kind of wheat will you sow
Ans. Nearly as last month except that there
was a greater partiality for mixing
red and white.
