Willie walked to school.
I applied a coat of "hard
oil finish" to the great,
great grand father chair.
After supper C Haslup
came also Willie Gilpin
and Charley went with them
over to Scott's.

C down with the mail, got
some "Walnut stain" to color
new legs & one round in
the "Old chair". Bro R
called & left pumpkins
for "thanksgiving" pies &^c.
