asking for a suitable name for Stations.

Engineer in Charge of Construction Office,
Chief Engineers Office

Brisbane, 3rd August, 1914.

S-ir,

Some little difficulty is experienced in ob-
taining suitable local aboriginal names for the stations
at 45m. 52chs. and 50m. 47chs. on the [Mount Morgan]-[Dawson
Valley] Line ([Wowan]-[Rannes]) Section 2, and I shall esteem
it a favour if you will supply me with some to choose
from.

Station 45m. 52chs. Description of country,
dense brigalow scrub.

Station 50m. 47chs. Description of country,
ringbarked paddocks.

I am, Sir,
Yours faithfully,
[R E Sexton]
Engineer in Charge of
Construction.

The Chief Protector of Aboriginals,
B r i s b a n e .
