20 Sun-Quinquagesima
Went to Sunday School
in morning and taught Primary. Went
to Sunday School again in afternoon.
Went to Chapel in evening with Daddy.
Walked home with an air gunner who was
there.

21 Mon
Helped Mummy in morning.
She washed and I hung the clothes out.
Quite a nice day. Darned ends of my
socks in and wore them. Did some
needlework in evening and listened to
Monday Night at Eight.

22 Tues-Shrove Tuesday
Very cold day. Heavy
snow shower in morning. Wrote a History
Essay in morning. Went to Fetch Rona for
tea in afternoon. Got caught in a hail storm
Joy let me do everything with Rona she is very
sweet. Did some more homework in evening.

23 Wed-Ash Wednesday
Not quite so cold and
rather a nice day. Went to Sutton in morning.
Olive has left the land army owing to ill health.
Cleaned my bedroom. Did some sewing in afternoon
We all went to a do at the chapel in evening
had a good time.
