Ald Carson brought up the petition of John Braden
and 41 others asking the council to restore the posts removed
from North side of Market. Referred to the Committee
on the Markets

Ald Carson brought up the petition of Samuel
Cunningham protesting against street watering. Referred
to the City Engineer

Ald Thompson from the Committee on Finance
and accounts brought up a Report (Number 360 Book E)
which was read and adopted.

Ald Bermingham introduced a By Law to amend
the Street watering By Law for 1885 which was read
a first time.

Ald Redden gives notice that he will at the
next meeting of the Council introduce a By Law
to open up Sydenham street from Princess to Johnson
streets and that this notice be considered the first
reading of the By Laws

On motion the Council adjourned
