Ald Clements brought up the petition of Archibald
McFaril praying for a remission of License. Referred
to the Committee on Licenses.

Ald J Carson brought up the petition of Timothy
Connolly praying for a Butchers License. Referred
to the Committee on Licneses.

On motion of Ald Smythe seconded by Ald RJ Carson
Resolved, That whereas it is expedient
to provide a suitable walk in the avenue in the Park
between West and Barrie street. That the Finance
committee do report at the next meeting of the Council
whether it is possible to provide funds for the purpose this
year.

On motion the Council adjourned.
