be struck out of the report and be referred to the Court of
Revision to report - Yeas 9; Nays 7

the Committee on Finance and Accounts (Number 210
Book E) which was read and adopted

The Chairman from the Committee on Licenses
brought up a Report (Number 211 Book E) which was
read and adopted.

A Report from T.W. Nash, PLL was read in
Re Drains in Cataraqui and Victoria Wards.

That the Report of T.W. Nash be received and
adopted.

That the Report of Mr Nash be referred to the Committee
on Streets &c to report (Yeas 9 Nays 6)
Which being put was carried and the original
motion was lost

Communications from WR M^cRae Esquire
President Street Car Railway were read in reference
to repairs to track

On motion of Ald Smythe seconded by Ald Gildersleeve
Ordered, That the request of the President of
the Street Railway Company that the City repair
the roadwy along the line of the Track and put it
in proper order be accepted. The Company to give
security for the payment of the work and the work
to be proceeded with forthwith thereafter under the
direction of the Streets Committee - no stay of
procedings in the suit at present pending until
such security be given- payment to be made
as the work progresses fortnightly. If this understanding
fails for any reason this resolution not to prejudice the
further progress of the suit.
