The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went
into Committee of the whole on the second reading.

The Council resumed

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the
second reading of the By Law clause by clause. The
Report was receieved.

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald Irving introduced a By Law to appoint a
collection for the Municipality of the City of Kingston to collect
the rates and taxes of the municipality for the year 1883
which was read a first time.

The Committee rose and reported the second reading of the
By Law clause by clause. The Report was received.

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald Smythe introduced A By Law respecting
the payment and collection of the taxes and to compose
a percentage on default of payment at the time specified
therefore which was read a first time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council
went into Committee of the whole on the second
reading

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported
the second reading of the By Law clause by clause
The Report was received.

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald Whiting introduced a By Law to adopt an
award which was read a first time

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council
went into Committee of the whole on the second reading

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported the
second reading of the By Law in Committee of the whole.
