and Accounts brought up a Report (Number 187 Book E.)
which was read and adopted.

The Chairman from the Committee on the Park
brought up a Report (Number 188 Book E.) which was
read and adopted

Ald: Gildersleeve introduced a By Law respecting
the shooting, firing and setting off of guns, pistols
revolvers and other Fire Arms in the City which was
read a first time

Barrister &c was read on the subject of alleged false arrest &c

On motion of Ald: McIntyre seconded by Ald: Smythe
Ordered, That the Communication of Mr McHugh
be referred to the City Solicitor to report, this of course without
prejudice

was read claiming damages In Re Mrs Hearley and
Mr Barns owing to alleged defective Condition of Board
Walk. and noxious and damp Condition of Police Cells &c.
