Ordered, that the petition of Mrs Varney be referred
to the Committee on Streets with power to act

her leg as stated on the Board-walk Barrack street. Referred

On motion of Ald: R.J. Carson seconded by Ald: McIntyre
Ordered, That the Communication of Walkem and
Walkem be referred to the Mayor and that the Care-taker
of the ground notify the Chief of Police when deposits are
made so that the ground may be inspected

Simpson and 19 others praying to have Centre street extended
to George street. Referred to the Committee on Streets
Ald: Quigley brought up the petition of Joseph Quigley
respecting Drain. Referred to the Committee on Streets

and 30 others praying that E. Dennie may be permitted to
establish a meat shop at the G.T. Depot. Referred to the

Ald: J.P. Gildersleeve gives notice of a By Law
to amend the Pound By Law this to be the first reading
Also a By Law respecting Public Parks, this to be the 1st reading
