of High Baliff which was read a first time

The 30th Rule was suspended for the evening

The Council went into Committee of the whole on the second
reading of the By Law

Ald: Downing in the chair

The Council resumed

The Committee rose, and the Chairman reported the second
reading of the By Laws clause by clause. the Report was received

The By Law was read a third time and passed

Ald Smythe introducted "A By Law to provide a summary
remedy if By Laws are not obeyed" which was read a first time.

The 30th Rule was suspended and the Council went
into Committee of the whole on the second reading of the By Laws

The Committee rose and the Chiarman reported the second reading
of the By Law clause by clause. The Report was received.

The By Law was read a third time and passed.

Ald: McGuire introduced "A By Law respecting persons
who go from place to place or to other mens houses on foot or with
any animal bearing or drawing any goods, wares or merchandize
for sale. which was read a first time

The 30 Rule was suspended and the Council went
into Committee of the whole on the second reading

The Council resumed.

The Committee rose and the Chairman reported against the
second reading. The Report was received

On motion the Council adjourned
