A Report from Edwin Horsey Chief Engineer of
the Fire Department was submitting (sic) giving his Annual
statement in accordance with By Laws &c

The Mayor here left the chair

Alderman McIntyre was appointed Chairman

On motion of Ald: Allen seconded by Ald: McCammon
Ordered, that this Council hereby tender its thanks
to Robert J. Carson Esquire for his uniform Courtesy and
impartial Conduct in the chair as well as for the energetic
and efficient discharge of his duties as mayor during the
past year. - Carried unanimously -

The Chairman left the Chair

The mayor took the same

On motion the Council adjourned
