Kingston October 16th 1880

A Special meeting of the Council of the Corporation of
the City of Kingston was held this day. Present

His Worship the Mayor

Aldermen
Allen, Anglin, Clements, Dupuis, Gaskin,
C F Gildersleeve, J.P. Gildersleeve, Irving,
Law, Maloney, McCammon, McGuire McIntyre
McMahon, McRossie, Pense, Small, Wilson

The Mayor stated the meeting was called on requisition
from members of Council to meet the Directors of the Kingston
and Pembroke Railway Company and to Consider the first
reading of a By Law to grant a Bonus to said Company

Ald: C.F. Gildersleeve introduced a By Law to grant
a Bonus to the Kingston and Pembroke Railway which was
read a first time

On motion the Council adjourned
