the Ward appropriations

The Council went into the Committee of the Whole on
the second reading of the By Law to amend the By Law
entitled "A By Law relating to the Harbor of the City of
Kingston"

Ald Irving in the Chair
Council resumed. The Committee rose and the Chairman
reported following resolution adopted in Committee of the Whole

On motion of the Mayor seconded by Ald Gaskin
Ordered, That the wharves in the Harbor be extended
300 feet further in the Harbor than the present line from
Barrack street southward and that the By Law be amended
accordingly.

The Report was received.

On motion the Council adjourned
