respecting taxes.

On motion of Ald Carson seconded by Ald Fee
Ordered, That the communication of TG Rudd
be referred to the Court of Revision with power to act.

A communication from Allen Chadwick was
read offering himself as an applicant for collection of
Dog Tax. There was no action taken thereon.

Ald McDermott here entered.

Ald McKelvey brought up the petition of E Monahan
and E Moores praying for reduction of frontage on
Drain Albert street.

Ald McRossie brought up the petition of John McMahon
respecting Frontage.

Ald McRossie brought up the petition of Edwin
Chown respecting frontage.

Ald Carson brought up the petition of Robert
Clugston respecting frontage.

Ald Snook brought up the petition of Charles Livingston
respecting frontage.

On motion of Ald McKelvey seconded by Ald Gaskin
Ordered, That the petitions of E Monahan and
E Moores and other petitions in regard to frontage be
referred to the Committee on Streets to report.

Ald McKelvey brought up the petition of Mr D Cunningham
respecting taxes.

On motion of Ald McKelvey seconded by Ald Mooers
Ordered, That the petition of the Mrs David Cunningham
be referred to the Court of Revision with power to act.

Ald Drennan brought up the petitions of Alexander
Sutherland and William Corbett & Co respecting taxes.

Ald Wilson brought up the petition of John Travel
respecting taxes.

Ald McRossie brought up the pettion of John Hackett
respecing taxes.

Sundry other petitions respecting taxes were also
submitted.

On motion of Ald Drennan seconded by Ald Carson
Ordered, That the petitions of A Sutherland and
William Corbett & Co and other petitions be referred to the
Court of Revision to report where necessary.
