That the cost in connection with the reception of Governor
General and Her Royal Highness Princess Louise do not exceed the sum
of five hundred dollars. The expenditure to be under the control of the
sub-committee appointed by the Council.

That the Finance Committee are hereby authorized to
place to the credit of the Reception Committee the sum of seven hundred

that said amount of money be under the control of the sub-committee
appointed by this Council.

That the reception committee be responsible for the expenses
incurred in connection with the reception the amount to be expended not
to exceed one thousand dollars.

In Amendment 2nd
Ald Gaskin moves seconded by Ald Fee
That the cost in connection with the reception of the Governor
General and Her Royal Highness the Princess Louise do not exceed the
sum of six hundred dollars.

In Amendment 3rd
Ald Snook moves seconded by Ald McGuire
That the reception committee do not expend over five
hundred dollars without first reportting to and getting the permission
of this Council
