The Clerk read the minutes of the last three meetings

A Communication from Lieut. Col. Otter was
read asking a grant of $10 to assist the Ontario Rifle Association
Toronto

There was no action taken thereon

A Communication from Edwin Horsey Chief of
Fire Dept was read regarding the stationing of the No. Hand
Engine in Williamsville

On motion of Ald McCammon seconded by Ald Gaskin
Ordered that the Communication of Chief Horsey be
referred to the Committee on Fire, Water, and Gas to report

A Communication from Peter Soland was read concerning
the Pound

There was no action taken thereon

A Communication from Thomas Conley City
Commissioner was read relative to the extension of the Drain on
West Street

On motion of Ald McRossie seconded by Ald McKelvey
Ordered that the Communication of Mr Thos. Conley
be referred to the Committee on Streets to report
