was read a third time and passed

Ald Allen brought up the petition of William
R Taylor and 86 others on the subject of vessel taxation

On motion of Ald Allen seconded by Ald Drennan
Ordered that the petition of William R Taylor
be referred to the Court of Revision to report

Ald Gaskin introduced a By Law to amend
section 20 of the market By Law which was read
a first time

The 29th Rule was suspended and the Council
went into the Committee of the Whole on the second
reading
Ald Clements in the Chair
The Council resumed
The Committee reported progress and asked leave
to sit again. The Report was received

On motion the Council adjourned
