Ordered, That the communication of Mrs
Enwright be referred to His Worship the Mayor
with power to act.

read asking permission to remove a tree in front
of Surgery William street

On motion of Ald, McCammon seconded by Ald. Woods

be referred to the Committee on Streets with power to act

Ordered that he Petitions respecting Market
Scavengers be referred to the Committee on Market to report

Ald Dupuis brought of R. Montgomery and 27 others
praying for a Crossing on Princess Street between Montreal
and Sydenham streets
