brought up a report (Number 611 Book D) which was
read and adopted

Ald. Carson gives notice that he will introduce a By Law
to confirm the award of the arbitrators on the Rudd property for
the continuation of Garrison and William streets and that this
be a first reading

A report from Thomas Conley, Commissioner was
read showing several amounts collected for Licenses for the
year.

The Mayor has left the Chair

Alderman McRossie was appointed Chairman

On motion of Ald. Gildersleeve, seconded by Ald. Noble
Ordered, That the thanks of the Council are
hereby tendered to His Worhsip Mayor McKelvey for
his uniform courteous and imparital conduct on the Chair
as well as for the energetic and effcient discharge of his
other duties as Mayor during the past year (carried
unanimously)

The Mayor took the Chair
